UNIVEOME — TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the UNIVEOME website and streaming service available through univeome.watch (the “Service”), operated by Uni Dragons Media (“Uni Dragons Media”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. THE SERVICE
UNIVEOME provides access to audiovisual entertainment and streaming content, including animated series, episodes, characters, artwork and other digital content.
Content availability may vary by country, region, device, language and subscription status.
We may add, remove, modify or update content at any time.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

By completing a subscription purchase, the user accepts the applicable commercial terms displayed on that page.

5. RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS
Where the applicable offer provides for recurring billing, the subscription may automatically renew for the applicable renewal period unless cancelled before the renewal date in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided with the offer.

All intellectual property rights in and to the UNIVEOME Service and its content are owned by or licensed to Uni Dragons Media, unless expressly stated otherwise.
This includes, without limitation:
- video and audiovisual content;
- episodes and series;
- characters;
- character names;
- storylines;
- scripts;
- artwork and illustrations;
- graphics;
- logos;
- trademarks and service marks;
- website design;
- user interface;
- software;
- photographs;
- audio and music;
- text and descriptions;
- original creative concepts and materials.
The purchase of a subscription gives the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and view the available content through the Service.
A subscription does not transfer ownership or copyright in any content to the user.
9. PROHIBITED USE
You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute the content; download or record content except where expressly authorized; publicly display or commercially exploit the content; sell, sublicense, rent or transfer access to your account; share account credentials for commercial purposes; circumvent technical protection measures; reverse engineer the Service; use automated systems to scrape or copy content; remove copyright, trademark or proprietary notices; use UNIVEOME content to create competing commercial services; or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of the account and may give rise to legal claims.
10. USER-GENERATED INFORMATION
If you submit comments, feedback, support requests or other materials to us, you represent that you have the right to submit such materials.
You grant Uni Dragons Media a non-exclusive right to use such feedback for improving the Service without obligation to compensate you, unless otherwise required by law.
11. AVAILABILITY
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, technical reasons, security reasons or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

13. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

14. DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee that every item of content will remain available indefinitely or that the Service will operate without interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Uni Dragons Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
16. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE AND TERMS
We may modify the Service and these Terms from time to time.
The current version will be published on the Service.
Where legally required, material changes will be communicated to users in an appropriate manner.
17. GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
These Terms are subject to the laws applicable to the relationship between the user and Uni Dragons Media.
Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of mandatory protections provided by the laws of their country of residence.
